All wedding dresses can be purchased in standard sizes or it can be custom made for you. If you want a custom made dress then please contact us and we will send over the list of measurements needed.

We DO NOT require full payment at once. Customers will be required to pay 50% deposit for dresses over £1000 and 70% deposit for dresses under £1000 and the remaining before delivery/collection.
Q: HOW DOES THE ORDERING PROCESS WORK IF I CAN'T SEE OR TRY ON THE WEDDING DRESS I WANT?
A: We understand that it can be very difficult to order something online, especially your wedding dress, that is why we have a selection of sample wedding dresses for customers to come and see/try on. Our sample dresses are there so customers can check the quality of our dresses. Our sample dresses also allow customers to see which style or colour best suits them. We have a range of different styles, material and colours.
We offer a FULL refund if the wedding dress you get is not as advertised, minus any changes you have made. Once your dress is made we will show you pictures and/or videos to get your confirmation before shipping. If you can collect then we allow you to come and try on your dress before taking it.

Q: HOW LONG WOULD MY ORDER TAKE?
A: For wedding dresses we require a minimum of 3 months notice for dresses £500 and over and a minimum of 2 months notice for dresses under £500. If you need an urgent dress then please contact us.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A STORE?
A: We currently do not own a store or a showroom. However, we do have a selection of sample wedding dresses available to view. As we are home-based, we do not have all the dresses shown on our page available to view. To check what sample dresses are available to view, please check our IN STOCK highlight on our Instagram page.

Q CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE WEDDING DRESS I WANT?
A: Changes can be made to our wedding dresses. You can change the neckline, sleeve length, puffiness or even add full linen to almost all of our wedding dresses. For some dresses, you can even pick your colour. You must contact us if you want any changes made to your dress. Prices can either increase or decrease depending on the changes you want to make.

A: We would suggest contacting us before placing an order. This way, we can discuss every detail of your dress before payment.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: We do not offer refund for any of our wedding dresses, we offer exchange if the wrong size or colour has been sent.
We offer a full refund if the dress you received was not as advertised, minus any changes you have made.
For all wedding dresses, we will contact you with pictures and/or videos of your finished dress for you to confirm you’re happy before we ship it out.
Local collection is available and customers are more than welcome to come and try on their wedding dress before making the final payment.
Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
A: We ship worldwide, delivery price for wedding dresses depends on the location.
Q: CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PAYING?
A: You can only change your order WITHIN 24 hours of paying. Please contact us with your order number and the changes you would like. Any orders after 24 hours of paying cannot be changed.
Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
A: UK shipping takes 3-8 business days and shipping to the USA. Australia, Canada and Europe take 5-15 business days. However, due to COVID, shipping may be slow. We are not responsible for any delayed shipping.
