Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
A: Our dresses are made to order. This means that your dress is in the process of being made once you have placed an order. As our dresses have intricate designs, we do not stock up on large quantities. Therefore, our prom and evening dresses take 15-30 working days to make and our wedding dresses take 2-3 months to make. Wedding dresses under £500 take min 2 months to make and wedding dresses over £500 take min 3 months to make.

Q: HOW DOES THE ORDERING PROCESS WORK IF I CAN'T SEE OR TRY ON THE WEDDING DRESS I WANT?
A: We understand that it can be very difficult to order something online, especially your wedding dress. We do have a selection of sample wedding dresses for customers to come and see/try on. Our sample dresses are there so customers can come and check the quality of our dresses. Our sample dresses also allow customers to see which style or colour best suits them. We have a range of different styles, work, material and colours. 
We do offer a FULL refund if the wedding dress you get is not as advertised, minus any changes you made. Once your dress is made we will show you pictures and/or vides to get your confirmation before shipping. If you can collect then we allow you to come and try on your dress before taking it. We do not offer a refund if the dress is taken home. 
We do not require full payment, we require 70% deposit for bridals under £500 and 50% deposit for bridals over £500.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A STORE?
A: We currently do not own a store. However, we do have a selection of sample wedding dresses available to view. As we are home-based, we do not have all the dresses shown on our page available to view. To check what sample dresses are available to view, please check our IN STOCK highlight on our Instagram page.

Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
A: We ship worldwide.

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
A: UK shipping takes 3-8 business days and shipping to the USA. Australia, Canada and Europe take 5-15 business days. However, due to COVID, shipping may be slow. We are not responsible for any delayed shipping.

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
A: Once your order has been dispatched you will get an email confirmation which will include a tracking number. We currently use DPD and Royal Mail.

Q: I NEED AN URGENT DRESS! WHAT CAN I DO?
A: If you require an urgent dress then please contact us before ordering anything, we will discuss with you any available options. Urgent orders may require an additional fee.

Q: WHAT IF I AM NOT SURE OF MY SIZE?
A: If you need any help with finding the right size then please contact us before placing an order. Please send us your bust, waist and hips measurements.

Q: CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PAYING?
A: You can only change your order WITHIN 24 hours of paying. Please contact us with your order number and the changes you would like. Any orders after 24 hours of paying cannot be changed.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: As our dresses are made to order or custom made, we do not accept returns or refund. We only accept exchanges if;
  • you received a damaged item
  • the wrong colour/size/dress was sent 
We do offer a full refund if the dress you received was not as advertised, minus any changes you have made (please read our return policy for more detail)

Q: MY ITEM IS DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: In the rare event that an item has been sent damaged to you, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with photo evidence.

Q: CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES?
A: You can use only 1 discount code per order.
